Hi everyone.

Are you overweight?

I know my wife and I were.

So I've set up the Weight Loss Reviews website to help and encourage anyone who is trying to lose weight.

Not so long ago, my wife and I were clearly overweight. You know the tell-tell signs, two or more chins, tighter waist bands that need a larger size, when done up creates a bulge, you get out of breath with the shortest of runs... I could go on. We got to the point where we both needed to lose weight for our own good, and we have both achieved it :o)

So, I now want to encourage you to get to your dream weight, and Weight Loss Reviews was born...

After seeing my wife trying so many different ways to lose weight, including things like soups that you end up hating, or the endless salads, or other tasteless concoctions... I've seen her doing workouts to DVDs, and the end result has always ended the same, when she stops the diet, stops exercising, she starts to tell me... I put 2 lbs back on... and while I don't weight myself as regularly as she does, our weight just goes back up, so the nagging question is, why does this keep happening.

What causes this endless down and up, down and up of our weight?

I got to a point where I'd had enough, and had to understand why, which started my near endless days and nights of researching. I have to say, I was amazed at how many people suffer the same problem, they lose weight while on the diet, then their weight goes up again when they stop the diet! The web is awash with failed weight loss stories, so how can so many people be failures at losing weight...?

So, further research was needed to do, so plenty more hours spent visiting search engines, websites, forums, blogs, and reading through what seemed like endless pages of content, and came to the realize why so many people failed...

The answer... in most cases, wasn't the weight loss system's fault, it wasn't the dieter's fault, it was quite simple really, in most of the cases that I studied, they lost weight, and then went straight back to their old diet, old lifestyle, and the weight just went back on, which started to make sense, it was their old lifestyle that caused them to be overweight in the first place, so going back to to their old lifestyle once they had lost their weight, must put their weight back on!

A light bulb moment... To lose weight for the long term, you need to stop doing what is causing it in the first place, ahhh... Until they change their lifestyle, things would remain the same. There is an old saying, forget the exact words, but roughly, it goes like this "Only a fool does the same thing day after, and then expects things to change"?

During my, what was now, a very extended research of the weight loss market, where I had run far too many searches, visited endless websites, forums, blogs, and the end result is the Weight Loss Reviews website.

During my research, I found something quite strange, as I searched more, so it became more clear. I found plenty of success stories along the way, reams of success testimonials, forum post success stories, and I started to notice the same weight loss program names cropping up time and time again, in the end I wrote them down. The names of these systems are now on this site, as reviews.
