Weight Loss Reviews

Sick and tired of being bloated, big beer belly, looking pregnant, overweight, clothes showing your bulges, or you buy baggy clothes to hide your bulges...

Fed up with feeling tired, out of breath, catching a cold at the drop of a hat, feeling run down, there are so many ways to describe it, but they all lead to the same, I hate the way I look feeling, the low self esteem...

There are lots of ways to describe the problem a lot of us suffer, but in short, we are fat, out of condition, and we simply eat too much food.

So, you've now decided enough is enough, now the crunch question... are you really committed to losing it?

Being overweight affects your life in many ways, like playing with your kids, or grandchildren, just a simple game of catch me Mum, Uncle, Nan while is simple for those that and not overweight, can be a nightmare if you are.

Add to this the known health risks with obesity i.e. heart problems, diabetes, certain cancers, and the question about if you should or shouldn't lose weight starts to look a really silly question.

So, what next?

The first step to weight loss is to get yourself off the crazy merry-go-round, accept responsibility for your body - and realize that it affects YOU the most!

Let's get the game started.

First, the bad news...

The fact is millions have tried before you, and sadly most have failed the challenge of reaching their goal weight.

With the bad news out of the way, let's move on...

The first thing we need to do is take full responsibility for our body, our wellbeing, and in the process, we put ourselves inline to become a weight loss winner.

And believe me, this is completely doable, and it is only YOU who stands between winning and losing, no one else.

So let's get started with our Weight Loss Top Tips and Help Guide

  • Know Where You Are Now, And Be Honest With Yourself.

    Start with a plan.

Most people start a diet without a plan, they don't know their starting point, or where they want to end up.

Not knowing where you are on your journey, means you'll have no encouragement to keep going, especially if you start to feel you're not losing any weight, or if the going get tough and you cheat a little.

Without charting your progress, you just won't know where you are?

Imagine trying to drive to a new destination, with no map, no directions?

Not being able to see your progress, even if it's good or bad, just puts you in a position where you can easily quit, especially if the going gets tough.

  • Set Real Goals, Weight Loss Goals You Can Achieve, And Write Them Down.

Most people will start a diet by flippantly quoting an amount they want to lose. This is usually some random weight that comes into their head, and they then say they "hope" to lose it fast...

    You know the comments:
"I 'hope' to lose 30 lbs..."
"I am 'trying' to get back to my old weight..."
"If I can 'just' go back one clothe size, I'll be happy..."

And as you can guess, this is completely the wrong way to go about losing weight!

Also, all of the above are passive, they are 'if onlys'.
It' when you say 'I can' and 'I will', is when you will start to get you there.

  • Only Set Goals That You Will Stick To.

To succeed, you need detailed weight loss goals, goals that are written down, and the more detailed you make them, the better they will be.

What I mean by more detail is - make yourself a weight loss calendar, set the dates when you weigh yourself, and make sure you include your target weight.

Creating weight loss goals, weight loss roadmaps, gives you a clear direction to go in, it also gives you a timeframe to work too.
  • Use A Step By Step Approach.

Use a proven step by step weight loss plan.

Make sure the plan is easy to understand and follow, details what you can eat and can't eat, and if they include some recommended exercises, make sure you do them, in other words, follow the plan exactly (you should see your medical practitioner before carrying out any exercising, especially if you are a lot over weight).
  • The Way To Lose Weight For The Long Term Is Slowly.

The slower your weight loss is (within reason), the more likely you are to keep the weight off.

The reason for this is because you are using the new diet eating habits over a longer period, which means you are more likely to adopt them as your own new eating habits for the long-term.

For this very reason, fast weight loss diets don't help you keep the weight off long-term, because once the fast weight loss diet ends, you go back to eating your regular diet, which is the cause of your increased body weight in the first place i.e. you are more likely eating the wrong types of foods, and consuming more calories that your body is using.

Remember, your excess weight was not gained overnight, so you will not lose it overnight, not naturally anyway.
  • The Time To Lose Weight Is To Get Started TODAY.

Most people who fail at weight loss know the basics of how to lose weight, and will know what they are meant to be doing.

The difference between the success stories and those that failed is usually quite basic, the success stories have simply put what they learned to good use, and followed the plan.

The failures on the other hand, have either failed to start, failed to complete their weight loss program, or not followed the program properly.

You do know that just reading about how to lose weight, will not actually create any weight loss, it is the reading and taking action on that will get you there.

Most people who are overweight, also know why they are overweight, they also know what they need to do to lose weight, but stop there, so don't let that be you.

Once you have the weight loss program you are going to follow, you must create your weight loss calendar, and write down your plan, and make it as detailed as possible...

Do you like eating burgers, pies, chips, pastries, chocolate, sweets, etc?

Well, it's bad news I'm afraid, they're off the menu, for the time being anyway.

Now, the good news, once you've achieved your goal weight, you can eat them again, but, and there's always a but, they will be as an occasional treat only.

A word of warning, once you've found a diet that suits you and your lifestyle, I'm not talking about any of these fast, quick or other fad diets, I'm talking about a real healthy diet, one that is designed to feed you properly, eating the right foods, a good balance of foods as your new way of eating, and for the long term.

Once you have accomplished this, you MUST NOT go back to your old way of eating, as you will simply end up putting the weight back on that you've just lost. The secret is to find a new healthier way of eating that suits YOU, and stick to it.
