How To Loss Weight 1. - Increasing Your Metabolism - Eat 5 - 6 smaller meals each day... It has been scientifically proven that by reducing your meals to smaller portions, and then increasing the number of times you actually eat each day to a more frequent basis, you can actually raise your body’s natural metabolism, this is the speed at which your body will burn the food that you are consuming. This means that your body will burn more of the fats it receives from the foods you eat, all using it's natural processes, and your body will do this automatically, all day, every day, without any interaction required.

How To Loss Weight 2. - Eat Fewer Calories - While you are increasing the number of meals you eat to lose weight naturally, you must also make your meals using smaller portions, as you are not looking to increase the amount of food you are actually eating each day.

The equation is a very simple one, the calories you eat in one day, must not exceed the calories your body uses in a day. To put it another way, your body needs to use some of the calories that it has stored up from the times when you were over eating, this is done by you eating less calories that your body is using, this must be done carefully, and on a gradual basis. So, keep your meals small, eat often, and cut down on foods that contain the bad fats, because each gram of bad fat is not only bad for you, it also contains 9 calories, in comparison, each gram of carbohydrate or protein only contains 4 calories.

How To Loss Weight 3. - Avoid Starchy and Processed Flour-Based Foods - Starchy and processed flour based foods are easy for your body to digest, but they quickly turn into sugar, and then turn into body fat if your body does not use up the same, if not more of the calories contained in these types of foods you have just consumed. So, forget the cakes, the cookies, the pizzas, the pastas, the white rice, white bread, etc...  and replace them with high-fiber breads, legumes, brown rice, wholemeal pastas, grains, nuts, etc. instead. Staying away from these types of foods also includes your typical fast-food outlets, as most of these fast-food restaurants predominantly offer, in the main, these types of foods. If your family or friends want to go and eat out at these types of places, if it's not on the menu, ask if you can place a special order for a salad.

How To Loss Weight 4. - Avoiding Sugary, Soft, Soda Drinks - For reasons that are obvious, most if not all of these types of drinks are heavily laced with sugar, and as previously mentioned, this sugar gets converted to body fat very quickly. As an example, the amount of exercise you would need to do to counteract just 1 can (330ml) of a sugary drink, you'd need to jog for around 30 minutes to burn the can's calorie count. Now, imagine how much body fat you will gain if you drink just 3 cans of a soft drink each day, or, to put it another way, how would you fancy having to jog for 90 minutes each day, just to lose the calories you gained from the soft drinks?
