What Should You Do to Lose It?
To start losing weight, you first need to accept responsibility for your body - and realize that this excess weight affects YOU the most!
I know this idea may not suit everyone, but you do need to get this done
as best you can.
Make yourself a dieting calendar, set a regular 7, 10 or 14 day weighing session dates to weigh yourself, and do
include your target weights.
It's far easier to deal with weight loss at 3lbs a week than 2 stones in 2 months. Just write your calendar like
this: 7th January = 160lbs - 14th January = 157lbs - 21st January = 154lbs - 28th January = 151lbs.
