Weight Lose Tips 8. When cooking recipes that require milk, use powdered milk. Cooking with powdered milk is not only very low fat, it is also low calorie as well. You can also use skimmed milk instead of cream in your favourite cream based recipes, and this can also save on the calories.

Weight Lose Tips 9. Try using some substitutes in your cooking. For example, use 3 x tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder to replace 1 ounce of unsweetened

chocolate in your desserts, replace 1 egg with 2 egg whites, or ΒΌ cup of egg substitute, replace half of the oil in dessert recipes with an equal amount of unsweetened apple sauce, and try reduced or non-fat frozen yogurt or sugar free ice cream on your desserts.

Remember, because it says it's a diet, low fat, low sugar, diet meal, it doesn't mean you can eat two of them, stick to the portions they recommend, other wise you are only kidding yourself. Part of your new diet is to retrain your mind, your body, to eat differently, to eat more healthily. It may seem difficult in the beginning, but as time goes by, it does get easier, and if you do it right, you will not only lose your excess weight, you will become healthier, and if you do it right, you will keep the weight off for good.

Weight Lose Tips 11. If you find yourself still hungry after a meal, and you fancy a second-helping, then go for the vegetables. Just remember, choosing steamed vegetables over meat or bread is a lot healthier, and less calories.

If you have a sweet tooth, I really do suggest that you work on this part of your diet, as it's this area that is likely to be your downfall if you are not careful, remember to prepare. There are lots of sweet alternatives in the shops today. Ask in your local health food shop, go and see what your local supermarket offers, they often have a small specialist area in store for things like this. If you are new to these types of treats, I suggest you buy the smallest bags of what you would like to try, so that you can try them without costing you too much.
