12 Weight Loss Tips and
Healthy Eating at Home
There are times when being on a diet is
extremely difficult. These difficult times at home, maybe when you are travelling a lot, or you have children to
prepare meals for, as they often don't need to diet, or your partner will not, or does not need to diet... The
best plan of attack is to be prepared, think about it before it happens. Watch out for any weight loss tips, or even menus printed in magazines for dieting, as these can offer
you some variety. Think what foods you could share between you, like you can eat most vegetables, so they can be
shared, you could add a couple of small new potatoes to your usual potatoes you would usually cook for your

all be cooked together to make a typical meal.
For example, you could cook sausages and chicken breast in the same oven, cook them on
different shelves, so you will have sausages for the kids / partner, and chicken breast for yourself /
partner. There are a lot of variations if you put your mind to it, so be creative, and you will win the
day.

problem, although chicken is a very healthy meat, and contains half the fat of a typical red meat. To be
healthy, don’t go for the easy option of breaded chicken fingers or nuggets, as this is a very unhealthy way to
eat chicken. Try roasting or steaming your chicken in a non-stick pan, and eliminate the use of oil by using a
light cooking spray. Don't eat the skin from the chicken, as it is very fattening, so it's best to try and buy a
skinless chicken, or just remove the skin prior to cooking.
